CHICAGO – September 17, 2012 –Rockit Ranch Productions is pleased to announce the launch of Sunday Brunch on Sunday, September 23, 2012at Dragon Ranch Moonshine & BBQ, located at 441 N. Clark. Five new brunch items will be added to the current lunch menu developed by Executive Chef Red Hauge and Sous Chef Shaun Connolly.
Brunch items will showcase Dragon Ranch’s concept of traditional American BBQ with Asian influences and includes innovative takes on classic brunch favorites. Dishes include: “Biscuits” n Gravy: Spicy pork sausage gravy served over house made cornbread topped with Poached eggs, cilantro, jalapeno and scallions, Shrimp n Grits: Spicy shrimp n grits with shishito peppers, green and red tomatoes topped with buttermilk fried okra and Thai Benedict: House made spicy Thai sausage patty topped with poached farm eggs, sautéed water spinach and red curry coconut hollandaise. Lighter fare will also be offered in the form of House made Granola and the seasonal Farmer’s Market Frittata.
The launch of Sunday brunch will also mark the beginning of Dragon Ranch’s new Fall/Winter hours. Updated hours will be Monday – Thursday, 11:30am – 2:30pm; 5 – 10pm, Friday 11:30am – 2:30pm; 5pm – 1am, Saturday 5pm-1am, Sunday 10:30am – 9pm (Brunch service 10:30 – 4pm only)
