The $25 feast includes the chef Amanda Downing’s Northside Sliders (Black Angus patties topped with Old Style–battered fried pickle slices and mini Vienna beef hot dogs) or Southside Sliders (Black Angus patties topped with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese), a fry buffet (with truffle, regular, waffle, and sweet potato fries), and two PBR or Old Style tall boys.”
