Dragon Ranch, Rockit Ranch Productions’ newest concept, is currently seeking Experienced Restaurant Managers. Qualified candidates will have experience:

·         Working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
·         Dealing with Budgets, P&L Analysis, and Financials
·         Dealing with various marketing tactics and strategies in order to drive and maintain business
·         Collaborating with culinary teams
·         Managing a high number of staff members
